Rapture was formed by music lovers with many years of music retail experience. We have been trading in Witney for 5 years and in Evesham for 3 years. Along the way we have built a reputation for great service and thoughtful recommendations whether it be music or film.
We have been short listed for a Music Week award and featured in a recent book 'Last Shop Standing' which features 50 independent music stores.
Recently we took part in 'International Record Store Day' we had many exclusives from record companies, had 11 local acts play for us and put on a big Sale in store.
We are proud of our reputation and the stores have a real community feel to them. We are an established Amazon Marketplace seller and aim to provide the same great service with our website.
This is a new venture so please bear with us - it will be improved as we go along.
All stock online is also in the Witney store so if you would rather come and see us in person contact us and we'll reserve the item.

All UK orders are sent via first class post as standard.
All International orders are sent via first class airmail.

We can also offer UK shipping via Special Delivery and International orders by a courier service. Both of these services will require a signature on receipt. They are especially useful if you require your order to reach you by a specific date or of your order is large. Please contact us for further information.
Delivery Schedule
Items that are in stock when the order is received will normally be dispatched either the same day or next working day. Out of stock items and import items can take slightly longer. Orders for delivery within the UK will generally be received within 10 working days.
Overseas orders will generally be received within 10-14 days.
Please note the royal mail states it is unable to search for a missing item within 10 working days on UK orders and 28 working days on overseas orders. If you have not received your order after this time please contact us.
Customs Charges
Rapture does not charge any customs duties on International shipments. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of rapture-online.co.uk. While we do not expect that there will be any additional charges attached to your order, we recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your on-line order. Rapture-online.co.uk cannot be held responsible for International taxes or levies charged for your order.
Returns
Faulty returns
In the event of an item being defective you may return the item to us, upon receipt the item will be inspected to confirm that the fault is of manufacturing origin, once checked we will then send a replacement.
Before returning an item you should contact us, you will then be given a returns number and details of where the item should be returned to.
When returning faulty items you should include your name, address, order number, a contact e-mail or phone number and details of the fault (i.e. cd skips on track 7).
It is advisable to obtain a free certificate of posting from the post office as this will be needed in the event of loss.
Rapture entertainment are unable to accept responsibility for loss of any parcels returned to us.
Other returns
Items purchased in error can be returned for exchange providing it is returned in the condition it was received in.
Please contact us before returning any item.
When you are returning an item you should include your name, address, order number and details of what is required as replacement. Any additional costs will be charged to the original payment card.
Any postage charges are the responsibility of the customer.
